Ouuuuu I recommend Blaire 20/10!! She is amazing at what she does. I recently moved to Appleton and needed a new lash lady. I was nervous to find someone new but Blaire reassured me 100%. I have the volume set and the lashes stayed on the entire 3 weeks with a few lashes from outgrowth coming out. Usually my eyelashes are barely hanging on when I go get a fill! She takes her time, and makes sure you’re walking out looking like a dime.
